Once a First Aid or Essential Signage Needs Survey has been completed the Service Manager agrees with the customer the level of support service that Wallace Cameron commits to provide. That means the level of service is specified and controlled by the customer.
This service can vary from a regular telephone call to a nominated individual, to a fully planned service check of first aid dispensers and supplies, carried out by one of the national service support teams.
