Wallace Cameron Takes the Reins at Sandringham

Once again Wallace Cameron was a proud sponsor of the Sandringham driving trials which took place from the 29-1st July.
Over 120 competitors entered the 2 day event at Her Majesty the Queens fond retreat in Sandringham for the most prestigious event in the British Horse Driving Trials Association (BHDTA) calendar. The driving trials comprised of driven dressage, marathon driving and obstacles which were purpose built for the occasion and very challenging for horse and driver.
Wallace Cameron has been sponsoring the Sandringham driving trials for several years now and we were especially proud to be part of this year’s Diamond Jubilee event. Wallace Cameron provided first aid kits to competition winners and hosted a champagne reception which His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh attended.

One of our sales executives for the first aid training division, Katie Parker helped present the competition winners with Wallace Cameron first aid kits and even took part in the 10km marathon course.

Alexander George, the deputy land agent at The Royal Sandringham Estate took the time to thank Wallace Cameron by saying: “The annual sponsorship that Wallace Cameron continues to provide enables us to host a unique Horse Driving Trials event at Sandringham every year. The trials are a fantastic opportunity for spectators to enjoy an internationally recognised sport, free of charge, in some of our country’s most beautiful surroundings. On behalf of the Sandringham Estate, I would like to extend our thanks to Wallace Cameron for their gracious support.”

This was another successful event for Wallace Cameron and we already can’t wait for next year!
