Basic Health & Safety Training
This course gives staff at any level a grounding in the essentials of Health and Safety. The law requires employers to ensure they provide adequate Health and Safety training for full, part, temps, self-employed and contract staff even those on work exeprience. This course covers the responsibilities when handling resources, risk in the workplace and how safety can be improved.

- Risk assessment
- Accident causation
- Accident management
Who Should attend?
This course is for employees from any industry sector responsible for managing resources and risk in complicance with their organisations policy and best practice in Health and Safety.
Before you attend a course
- Candidates must be aware that they must attend all sessions to be eligible for assessment.
- Candidates must be physically able to carry out the procedures detailed in the Course content.
Certification
Every delegate will receive an attendance certificate which is valid for 3 years.

- Equipment required for In-house Course: Flip chart, Room size 20 x 30 feet per 12 delegates (approx).
- Additional Information: On external courses light refreshments are provided but the delegates must supply their own lunch. Anybody can attend a Health & Safety Course and we will tailor make the course for their knowledge level.
