Basic Food Hygiene Training

This course is ideal for managers, supervisors and personnel responsible for food preparation and food hygiene.  This hazard analysis course is designed to equip candidates with the knowledge to access and indentify the potential hazard points in the production of food development and control procedures for monitoring critical points in food safety.
